Collaborate is a Creative Management Agency born out of a desire to shake things up and be proactive for our people. We work across Aotearoa and our collaborations span Asia, Australia, LA and the UK.

Representing names in film, TV, publishing, food, social media and live events, we have decades of experience and a proven track record of project success. We work with leaders, game changers and movement makers and combine them with business opportunities that build careers and ensure growth. But we are people focused – your stories and aspirations are important to building a future we can both be proud of.

Belinda Foster

Managing Director

She/Her

Belinda began working as an agent as Britney’s Baby One More Time hit the airwaves. Just like a solid gold song, Belinda is loved by many and her industry advice is played on repeat. She worked in London for five years, and returned to NZ to work on bringing personalities and celebrities to corporate and entertainment environments before setting up shop for herself in 2010. Smart, savvy and always ready with a smile, Belinda understands what it takes to make it in the global creative industry.
Katrina Rumbal

She/Her

Famous for her unrelenting positivity and ability to create new opportunities, Katrina would have found space for Jack on the door and built the rest of the Titanic passengers a raft. Born and raised within the competitive world of ballet, Katrina is a master at choreographing opportunities for her clients. An actor herself, she knows what it takes to ace the audition, get the part, and build a career. Daring, discerning and dedicated enough to fly to London for the Era’s tour when she missed out on tickets closer to home, Katrina brings passion, perspective, and a 360 understanding of the entertainment business to the Collaborate team.
Krisherica Anne Ampo

A self-starter, go-harder, fast-talker, Kaye could convince the Lion out of the wardrobe and book the Witch an audition before you can say Narnia. With decades of experience keeping international companies running smoothly, she joins the Collaborate team focused on expediting systems, processes and getting clients into jobs, fast. Mum of two, she also knows all the words to every Bluey episode and dances like no-one is watching even when they are. Recently based in Asia, Kaye is ready to build the business and client list with a global focus.

Kim has a keen eye for detail and an even keener nose for good coffee. With impeccable design skills and a clean modern aesthetic, Kim is the genius behind the look and feel of dozens of global brands. Whether it’s developing individual brands, or streamlining their online presence, Kim works with our clients to make sure they stand out in the crowded international marketplace.
Michele Powles

Wordsmith
She/Her

Having written everything from children’s radio to paint descriptions, Michele is a writer with range. A Robert Burns Fellow for literature and USA Today Best-Selling author for her saucy romance, Michele brings a passion for story to the team that has seen her penning scripts for our actors, copy for clients and books for us to read on our days off.
Vicki Marsdon

Literary Agent
She/Her

Fairy-bookmother to many, Vicki worked in publishing for over thirty years before becoming a literary agent for the last decade. She’s negotiated deals for some of New Zealand’s biggest recent literary hits and brokered international publishing, television and film agreements for her devoted clients.
Winsome

Woofologist
She/Her

Collaborates best after snacks. Available for smooches and quality conversation, Winsome is a pug and BFF named after a woman who had a boundless smile and the best heart. But don’t trust her with your jandles.
